We cry at the time of birth; we also cry when we die; this, period in between is filled with lot incidences and lot challenges!

Whatever may happen during this period of time the important question is that whether is it right for the guy and the girl to muster courage and stand up?  Or cry over the problem?

Probably, we would have to face lot of hurdles.

Or, we may have to face challenges that may be obstacles, disappointment, sarcasm and embarrassment. It is important to understand that there is no life without any pain!

Leaves may wither from the trees and then new leaves would spring up. These are changes of the season. Night may fall, and then comes a new morning with fresh rays of sunlight. Like climate changes, our mind can also change. Nothing is permanent. This comprises of obstacles too.
When we get hurt in the leg, we get tears in the eyes, likewise when our heart aches we get tears.  There is no difference, whether you are male or female.

As many say that men are not supposed cry; some cry in the dark, some cry in bathrooms and some cry in temples.  It is not good control your emotions. Controlling any sort of emotions will burst out as a hatred, anger or disease. This is a fact.

Today, much beyond worrying for common issues such  for getting poor marks in exams, failed in exams, unable to get college admission, failed in love relationship, not able to get jobs; we are able to meet men who cry  some way or the other for not getting an ideal marriage partner, hurt because the higher officials or spouse scolded.

This cry is actually an expression of helplessness. Crying is really a form of consolation made to themselves. On the other hand crying, lamenting and venting out to others to gain self sympathy is wrong. Beyond crying over again, what really needs to done on this issue is the right approach.
Everybody should nurture these skills.

Those who cry are actually not weak. But, when they come across problems that are difficult to face, it is for them undo the knot and get over it. This is meant for both male and females.

Hence everyone should inculcate qualities like strong determination, clarity of thoughts, ability to handle emotions, courage and decision making skill.  Only then it will be possible to garner success.
