Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is a university in New Zealand, established in the year 1895.  


In 2016, AUT enrolled more than 29,000 students, including 4,194 international students from 94 countries and 2,417 postgraduate students. 


AUT is the second largest university in New Zealand, and has established itself as an institution of global standing and impact.


In the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2018, AUT is ranked 15th in the world for International Outlook (making us first in New Zealand and Australia), and among the world's top 500 universities.
