ATMA: Students willing to join MBA, PGDM and PGDBA at B-schools can take up ATMA.
ATMA has been approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India for admission on All India Basis to the MBA / PGDM and other Postgraduate Programmes like MCA.
Aims Test Management Admission (ATMA) test is held on behalf of Association of Indian Management Schools, AIMS.
Eligibility: Any degree from any recognized university or students studying final year from any recognized institution.
Examination: This exam of 3 hours will have 180 questions from Reasoning skills, Quantitative Analysis and Verbal skills. All questions are objective types and of multiple choice in nature.
TANCET: TANCET is a common entrance exam for MBA studies offered at colleges functioning under the aegis of Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Even some private B-schools accept TANCET scores.
Eligibility: Anyone who has completed a degree can apply and students studying in final year under graduation can also apply for the exam.
Other Exams across India:
Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) is in Andhra Pradesh; in Karnataka it is Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET), in Maharashtra its Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET).
Apart from this autonomous institutions have their own exam for MBA selections. IPCET, IIFT, MICA, HBU, MAT and TISSNET are some of the MBA entrance test that is being conducted across India.
