Individuals willing to pursue higher studies in America can brighten their chances by writing American College Test (ACT).
ACT, is considered as a nationalized entrance test in America facilitating students to get admission in America and Canada into four year UG programmes like BE, BA, BL and BAS program colleges.
Further, many others take up this examination to test their knowledge in Maths, Science and English.
Details of the Exam:
This online exam helps students to reason out their knowledge level in five areas such as English, Maths, Science, Essay writing and Reading.
English: This exam is based on multiple choices answering format with 75 questions to answer. It tests the skill level to construct sentences without any grammatical error; spoken skills; and the writing.
Time duration: This section is of 45 minutes
Maths: This section comprises of problem solving, computation skills and finally some basic Maths.
Time duration: 60 minutes
Science: Here the test is for skills such as Interpretation, analysis, Evaluation, Reasoning and problem skills.
Time duration: 35 minutes
Reading skills: 40 multiple choice questions would be asked to test reading and understanding skills.
Time Duration: 35 minutes.
Essay writing: Here, English writing skills are tested. The standard would range from higher secondary level to college (entry level).
Duration: 40 minutes
Eligibly: Anyone from class 6th onwards can take up the test.
