The Campus interviews in the Business Management Institutes in the country have been conducted and completed till recently. The outcome of the survey carried on only reveals that it wasnt at all satisfactory.
The information prevalent is that even the IIMs in India are not able to procure good jobs for their students who are on the verge of completing their course. If such is the status of the IIMs, what to say about the other institutions?
What's the reason for this? One reason perhaps, is the dull economical surroundings rampant throughout the world. IT besides, all other fields also face the same condition. This monotonous state exists around the world, unlike the previous days when it would affect only a few areas.
Therefore, the organizations have minimised their search and conduct Campus Interviews to recruit their employees. To maintain their relationship with the IIMs, some organizations reach out there and provide opportunities.
The situation is that those who are about to complete their MBA must be carefully watchful and not lose any opportunity, since they have to pay back their educational loan to remit the enormous course fee. So, in this present state, those who desire to join the MBA course can opt for 2 special subjects instead of one. This will not only amplify your skills but also tender good opprtunities.
At present, the organizations expect their future employees must have talents to motivate themselves. So, understand that in your leisure time you have to nurture your talents to become an entrepreneur. If you are so, many wonderful opportunities are awaiting for you in the future.
Don't be stubborn and maintain a sterile adamancy in everything. Try to cultivate adaptability to serve in any institution. From now onwards, try to improve you soft skills. Know that these are the things that would construct your future and act accordingly.
