	Eligibility Criteria
Age	Between 25 to 65 years
Relaxation	5 year in age limit for deserving candidates
Academic	The artist should have achieved excellence in her/his respective field and should be able to provide evidence thereof
	Fellowship Details
Number of Fellowships	Junior Fellowships - 150 Senior Fellowships - 50
Duration	1-3 years
Value	Junior Fellowship - 1500 pm Senior Fellowship - 3000 pm
Monitoring	The fellow should submit a yearly report
Application Procedure	Through nominations
Selection Procedure	A selection committee of experts in various fields, constituted by the department of culture select from among the nominations
Notification & Deadline	Notified through a circular to State Government / UT Administrations and central / State Acadmies of Arts in June - July
