Application Procedure |
Employed applicants should forward their application via their employer and others through the Head of the Institution last attended. Application should be in duplicate in the prescribed format along with copies of supporting documents and list of publications. |
Selection Procedure |
Applications short-listed by the UGC are sent to the host countries via the Ministry of External Affairs/ SAARC Secretariat. Selected candidates are intimated about the selection and the terms and conditions of the Fellowship at least 2 months prior to the beginning of the academic year. |

Notified in July/August each year.
