Bachelors degree in the subject/related field
Japanese Language
- Enrolled for Masters in Japansed Lanaguage in a recognized university, or
- Completed Bachelors in Japanese Language from a recognised university
- Completed Bachelors in any subject from a recognised university and level 2 of Japanes Language proficency test and 3 years of Japanese Language study from a recognized university / Institute in India

The candidate should
- have 2 years consecutive practical research/teaching experience after obtaining the prescribed qualification except for Japanese Language & Literature and Japanese Studies
- have Adequate knowledge of geography, culture and heritage of Japan
- stay consecutively for 2 years in India after return
