Eligibility Criteria	Age	Below 35 years as on 1st of April
	Academic	The candidate should have secured at least 60 % marks in the qualifying examination Ship Building Bachelors degree in the subject/related field Japanese Language Enrolled for Masters in Japanese Language in a recognized university, or Completed Bachelors in Japanese Language from a recognized university Completed Bachelors in any subject from a recognized university and Level 2 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test and 3 years of Japanese Language study from a recognized University/ Institute in India Other Subjects Masters degree in the subject
	Other	The candidate should have 2 years consecutive practical research/teaching experience after obtaining the prescribed qualification except for Japanese Language & Literature and Japanese Studies have Adequate knowledge of geography, culture and heritage of Japan stay consecutively for 2 years in India after return

Application Procedure		Typed application on plain paper in the prescribed format along with attested copies of testimonials, photograph, programme of study/ research and other documents should be submitted by prescribed date. Employed candidates are required to forward applications through their employers
