Candidate should be full time members of academic staff of a research and policy institute in India or Professor Emeritus.
Doctoral
The candidate should
- be enrolled in a recognised institution granting PhD degree
- have completed her/his non-thesis requirements for PhD
All candidates should
- be a permanent resident of India
- have a detailed plan of work to be implemented during the tenure of Fellowship
- be proficient in English/French
