Visiting Professor from India
- lump sum monthly payment equivalent to 50% of the AICTE recommended maximum basic pay of a Professor for superannuated awardees
- existing pay + allowances + 20% of the basic pay as honorarium for serving Professors
Visiting Professors form abroad
- Rs.500 per day for appointments made up to one month
- 50% of the AICTE recommended maximum basic pay of a Professor as honorarium for appointment exceeding one month

Report |
- A final feedback should be submitted to AICTE in the prescribed format
- Host Institution/University should send a feedback report of benefits accrued to the Institution by the appointment of visiting professor/s
