| Eligibility Condition:
1. Aringnar Anna Endowment Scholarship of Rs. 3000/- per annum will be paid to the students of Under- Graduate and Post- Graduate (Arts and Science courses).
2. This Scholarship is open to Under Graduate and Post Graduate students of Madras University in Arts and Science who have outstanding academic Performance to their credit in the branch of study.
3. For the Students of First year U.G. Degree Courses, the Scholarship will be awarded based on the H.S.C.C. Examination passed or equivalent by securing highest marks in the first attempt. The Same Students will get the Scholarship in the 2nd and 3rd year courses provided he/she passes the 1st and 2nd year courses in first attempt without any arrears.
4. For the Students of First year P. G. Degree Courses, the Scholarship will be awarded based on the U.G. Examination passed or equivalent by securing highest marks in the first attempt. The Same Students will get the Scholarship in the 2nd year courses provided he /she passes the 1st year course in first attempt without any arrears.
