N. S. S. Training College, Changanacherry, established in 1954, is one of the pioneering teacher education institution affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University and it functions under the Deputy Directorate of Collegiate Education, Kottayam. The well orchestrated and dedicated efforts of students, the teaching and administrative staff has been instrumental in the institution securing B+ + grade from the NAAC in 2005. The graceful memory of the founder of N.S. S, the great Late Mannath Padmanabhan and his visions and work ethics remains as our motivating force and guiding spirit. The out going students has won many a laurels for the college and contributed heavily to the moulding of the future generations through their unflinching commitments and ceaseless interests in the basic social issues.
