Assistance to the children of sweepers and cleaners-
The children of sweepers and cleaners are provided with financial assistance, under this scheme, without the consideration of caste, religion and economical standards. An amount of Rs.40 to the students of standard 1 to standard 5, Rs.60 to the students of standard 6 to standard 8 and Rs.75 to the students of classes 9 and 10 repectively per month is provided to those students who are not boarders.
Students staying in hostels from the 3rd standard to the 8th standard are provided Rs.300 per month, while the 9th and 10th standard students get Rs.375 per month. For students who are not availing hostel facility will get Rs.550 per year and as a special grant Rs. 600 per yearis given to those who are staying in hostel.
