Online education was a very rare commodity before the coming of Corona.

An online 'meeting' was once considered something reserved for MNCs. But after Corona, right from LKG students onward to elders use online mode for training, education, and gathering.

Today, almost every other educational institutions offer courses and training online.  But this change or growth is not because education is considered a high-value commodity, but due to the lack of other options.

Today, 80 percent of online learners are women. They resort to online training since it is difficult for them to go directly to the training centers due to various work pressures and family commitments.

Face competitions!

When compared to students of other states, Tamil Nadu students are less interested and aware of the coaching available for competitive exams for bank jobs. Tamil Nadu students should perform much better keeping in mind that exams related to bank jobs are national-level competitive exams.

Students from other states do exemplarily better than students from Tamil Nadu in Civil Services Exam, IITJEE, and other national-level exams. Students from other states spend 8 hours daily preparing for exams with full focus. However, in recent times, Tamil Nadu students are also making better strides in this area.

How to cast away exam fear?

Do I have to train separately for different exams like government jobs, bank jobs, civil services, IT jobs?  Yes. In that case, doubt arises as to what is the purpose of a college education. In an effort to bring out a solution to this uncertainty, the 'Naan Muthalvan' program is being implemented in colleges, which is highly welcome.

In today's environment of having to write various competitive and entrance exams, the very word exam brings fear to everyone. A class II student also has fear along with an IAS aspirant.  One best way to overcome such exam fear is to write and practice the exam frequently. If we take continuous exams this way, the fear of examination will certainly leave us.
