President Draupadi Murmu stressed that values education should be taught from the beginning to make children good citizens.
The President while addressing the students and teachers at a recent event in Hyderabad said, 'Parents are also keeping the competition in mind and focusing on studying the syllabus covered in their children's books.
Value education should be included in our curriculum. A good society can only be created if values are taught from the very beginning. 'Ethical Values' - Due to the lack of study on ethical characteristics, unwanted incidents happen in society.
The President also emphasized the importance of reading, Reading habit is one of the best means of self-development. It will surely help throughout ones life''.
