Variety of summer courses at Bharathidasan University-

Trichy: Specialised summer courses conducted by Institute of Entrepreneurship and Career Development (IECD) of the Bharathidasan University for school and college students and non-student youths, housewives during the summer holidays. .

The courses offered are animation basics; web design; basic computer operations, tally-09; DTP; C,C++, computer hardware and networking, guitar, keyboard and refrigeration and AC maintenance, spoken English and mobile phone servicing.

'IECD will offer 50 per cent scholarship for the SC and ST candidates, 25 per cent scholarship for MBC and BC candidates, 100 per cent scholarship for the differently-abled candidates in the course fee,' said IECD Director K. Parthasarathy .

Students and other interested candidates can avail this opportunity by registering their names on week days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. before March 30. The courses will commence from April 3 and the admission will be open from March 20.
