Sports for Government employees held on 9, Feb - 18-Feb-2017
Chennai: Sports and games completion for all government employees was held at JawaharLal Nehru stadium on 9, Feb, 2017, as per a press release from Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
It went on to say, all the government employees of different departments from various districts of Tamil Nadu took part in the meet.
It was inaugurated by P Maheshwari, collector of Chennai.
G. Premkumar, District Sports and youth welfare officer and VilwiRaja, Senior officer, SDAT facilitated to conduct the sports meet.
Basket ball, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Badminton, Table Tennis were the games for the participants.
Apart from that 200, 800, 400 mts runs and high Jump and Long Jump were the athletic events that competitor were offered to take part.
All prize winners were facilitated on 13, February
