Increasing demand for freshers- 20-Jan-2010
Job Outlook, in a recent survey reveals that there is going to be an increase in demand for fresher completing studies in the next three consecutive years. More than 2005, the demand for freshers has increased in the year 2006 and after that the demand continues to be the same. For the freshers there is an increase in the salary and other incentives.
9 out of the 10 companies who participated in the survey say that freshers are of great demand in present economic situation. They stated that new graduates are much wanted in areas like construction, accounting and engineering.
Other industries that require fresh graduates are Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Economics and Finance, IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration and Chemical engineering. Likewise, several freshers are needed in the Finance, Transport, Banking and the Economic and Finance departments of Insurance companies.
Scores of opportunities are available, if you happened to be a fresh graduate with good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, integrity and good etiquettes, good technical skills, analytical skills, self motivated, adaptable, computer skills and possess in-depth vision.
