Parents must realize that children coming up without discipline are prone become unproductive in the future.
Surely, parents must teach children discipline from their childhood if this needs to be prevented. Parents must follow a uniform discipline system in the family so that the child gets disciplined in well-balanced manner. Parents must first adhere to the system and ensure their children also follow the same.
Primarily, parents should be a role model to their children in following the family regulations and closely observe whether their children are also sticking to the fixed norms such as waking up early in the morning, collecting all the necessary articles like towel and cloths before going for bath, eating at the right time and settling down to study at the right time.
It is indispensable on the part either spouses not support the erring child when the other is correcting and also should not fume in front of the children for disciplining them. Father should facilitate the child to identify the childs mistake and make the child realize that the mothers disciplining is absolutely right and essential. Similarly, when the father is disciplining the child, the mother should make the child realize the mistake and should try to help the child to do the right thing in the right way.
