'Vazhikatti' - Dinamalar's student mentorship programme from March 23 - 20-Mar-2024

Chennai: Dinamalar is organizing a student mentorship program - 'Vazhikatti' in Chennai and Coimbatore for three days starting from the 23rd March.

The same mentoring sessions will happen in Madurai on the 23rd and 24th, and in Tirupur and Dindigul on the 30th and 31st of this month. 


Dinamalar holds this program annually to help students who have completed their 12th grade with advice on pursuing higher education. 


This year, Dinamalar is partnering with Coimbatore Srikrishna Institutions for the mentoring program.


Top experts to participate: 


The program will be conducted at Kalaivanar Arangam in Chepauk, Chennai, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th of March. 


Over 20 educators will participate and provide guidance. 


Notable figures like  Rajarajan, Director, ISRO will talk about Space Science, Sujith Kumar on 21st Century Skills, and Senthil Raja on electric vehicles. Ramesh Prabha will explain courses leading to employment opportunities. 


Education consultant Nedunchezhiyan will advise on succeeding in competitive exams like NEET and JEE. Mohan, founder of Ipope, will discuss becoming an achiever, while Charles Godwin, Head of Human Resources at Zoho, will focus on employability skills. Dr. V. Dillibabu from the Defense Department of India and Education Counselor Ashwin will talk about becoming a scientist. Aspire Saminathan will cover data analytics, Kumar Vembu,F ounder, Gofrugal, will discuss technologies of the future, and Prof. V Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras, will speak on making IIT accessible to all.


Registration process: 


During the seminar, students will be asked questions, and the best answers will receive awards like laptops, tabs and watches.
