National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), the gateway examination for admission to the B.Arch course for the year 2024 is on the public domain, according to an official notification.
Since its inception in 2006, the Council of Architecture has been overseeing the administration of this crucial examination.

Educational Opportunities:
A competitive NATA score is imperative for securing admission into Architecture programs across a spectrum of institutions including Universities, Virtual Universities, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Autonomous Educational Institutions, Government Colleges, Government-Aided, and Private Colleges throughout India.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed their 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or possess a Diploma with Mathematics from a recognized institute, with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks.
Selection Procedure: The examination comprises two parts.
Part-A: A drawing and composition test, carrying 80 marks.
Part-B: Comprising questions totaling 120 marks covering various sections such as Visual Reasoning, Logical Derivation, General Knowledge of Architecture and Design, Numerical Ability, Design Thinking, and Design Sensitivity. Admission to B.Arch. programs is based on the performance in this examination.
