Operation Management gives training to manage the production, distribution of goods and service. They handle almost all activities in the big institutions like purchase of raw material, determining the quality control of the product and its production. They have also a crucial part to play in the administrative decisions such as the employment of workers, giving them training, supervising , purchasing equipments, preparing income and expenditure report. One needs communicative skills for this, besides the ability to coordinate with all the departments, managers, contractors and suppliers.
