Parents Role:Never select any course and college by just looking at the advertisement. After choosing the course, need to select the best the institution that offers the course. Parents role towards this selection process is highly important. To select a good college, must closely look into several parameters like the background of the institution, facilities, recognition and job opportunities.
Generally, parents show good interest towards education until school days. When it comes to college education, many parents do not show that much interest or it can be said that they do not have much awareness about college education.
To select the right college follow few important guidelines. Go directly to the college and have a look at the facilities it offers. Make a direct enquiry about the things that you want to know about the college. Ask for the documents of proof for recognition of the institution. If the college happens to be a genuine, they will show it without any hesitation. If needed, ask about the college from its past pupils.
Students role: After joining college, beyond regular college curriculum, it is necessary to improve skill sets that would fetch good jobs. In job interviews, students will be examined in various aspects such as written test, group discussion, general knowledge, knowledge in relevant subject, decision making and innovative skills. To do well in these tests, students should have systematic training and clarity in mind.
Communication skill is highly important in todays world filled with severe competition. When coming to communication skills, largely English is given very high priority in job interviews. Along with English if you learn one foreign (overseas) language it will provide excellent scope.

Capitalizing on the situation there are also several bogus consultancies operational. Youngsters who want to get jobs through consultancies need to be highly cautious.
