Closely observe all that is happening around you. This is the watch word for success. If you follow this, certainly success will not escape from your hands".
I just cannot forget the year 1992, when I joined Arts College in Vellore to obtain training in arts and crafts. Stunned by my performance, my teacher Markabandhu praised me lavishly.
After completion of the studies, I was struggling to get a decent job. Due to family situation I had to work. So, I joined embroidery unit where I was designer for clothing. After struggling for 8 long years, for the first time I got an appointment in school as an art master. It gave me a exceptional identity in the society.
Hands are utmost need for an artist. But, Markabandhu , though being differently abled his determination and confidence will pull up anyone who are down. As a result of the inspiration given by my Guru, my insight opened more towards Art, Music and Dance.
He, through Villupattu drove into the minds of students the importance of traditional foods; bad effects of MNC having foot hold her in India, and social evils.
Today, like him, I encourage students to read books, newspapers, essay writing and orate apart from studying lessons. It will be of great help one time or the other.
I get lot of appreciation towards such type of works . When I get appreciation, I always remember my guru, Markabandhu and thank him in my heart all these appreciation is basically because of you sir.
Today, I lead a contented life as I am shaping young students life.
