Applications can be obtained in person on all working days between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm or by post by enclosing a self-addressed envelop of 24 cms x 18 cms size bearing postage stamp of Rs.50/- from The Principal, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics (SITO), Byrasandar Jayanagar East, Bangalore on payment of application fee - Rs.100/-(each course) by cash or DD drawn in favour of The Director, �Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics (SGITO)�, payable at Bangalore.
