| Eligibility Criteria |
The candidate should
- be admitted to M.Tech or Ph.D programmes in any of the Institutes or Universities listed in Annexure - I
- have a minimum valid GATE score pf 75 percentile. ( Where the GATE system is not followed, the candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks ( in aggregate) at the B.Tech/ M.Sc level)

| Application Procedure |
- Applications in the prescribed format downloadable at http://mnes.nic.in/fellow.htm should be submitted.
- Applications for Ph.D fellowships should be accompained by a 2- page reserach proposal / paln in Renewable Energy or related area clearly indicating the objectives /goals and expected outcome, and its utility to the Renewable Energy sector and the respective Deparments / Centres of the concerned Institutions admitting them
