- Bachelors degree with 55% marks (Conversion formula should be given where grades have been awarded)
1 year Diploma in Tourism
- Masters degree in the subject/related field with 60% marks
- MSc in the relevant subject with 60% marks

Experience |
- 1 year practical experience in the field of Tourism after graduation
- 2 yrs (consecutive) in teaching/research after obtaining the prescribed qualification. MPhil degree is counted towards one year''''s experience
- Employed with 2 years (consecutive) in teaching/ research after obtaining PG degree

Others |
- A good command of written and spoken English and sufficient knowledge about Austria.
- 3 years consecutive stay in India after return from abroad for study, training on national scholarship.
- Proficiency in German
The area of research should be in the candidates discipline in post-graduation The candidate should be an Indian national |
