This Govternment Siddha college was established in 1964 at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District. This college was started with 65 students in the course of Bachelor of Indian Medicine, and from 1984-85 It has been increased to 100. The course is of 5 years and 6 months internship. During the internship period the students are provided Rs.4500 as stipend.
