The NERIST Cricket team reached up to semi-final in the 7th Chetan Devraj Memorial East-Zone Inter Technical Institute/College cricket Tournament organized by BIT Measra, Ranchi (Jharkhand) in January, 2000. The NERIST Football team got the Runners-up trophy in the late Bharam Boruah and Bhadeswar Gogai Memorial football trophy at Nowboicha, North Lakhimpur (Assam) in February, 2000. Apart from the above achievements, NERIST is always winner in all the local tournaments like football, Volleyball, and Cricket etc. |
