AT GIARNE an internationally reputed Organization in Management Consultancy has recently carried out a research on outsourcing in India. The result of this research gives hope.
The organization declares India alone is preferred at the International level for backshore, and offshore IT services. Further, the report states that various organizations love to offer outsourcing jobs to India because of the low fees structure, attractive financial provision, healthy environment in marketing and talented workforce.
This organization presents a list of the first fifty countries that provide outsourcing at the international level. India stands first among them, next is China and Malaysia stands third. Due to the economic crunch, the situation is unstable in other countries. The value of money has risen against the American Dollar due to the economic crisis in the Middle and East European countries. Hence, certain countries that operated like offshore hubs are on the flip side. In total, nine countries have come out on this attractive list.
It includes Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary. However, South Asian and Middle East countries have statistically progressed. For the first time Egypt, Jordan, and Vietnam have come within the first ten countries.
Countries like United Arab, Tunisia and Morocco have also shown improvement. The North African and Middle East countries are favorite places for outsourcing not only are they nearer to Europe but also have an educated population.
Both, India and the Philippines share fifty-fifty in BPO Services. Philippines share is sufficiently at a distance from India in contrast to the widespread view. In Philippines, there are numerous activity centers like Call Centers. However, the stupendous growth is found missing unlike China and South Asian countries. India nevertheless remains steady and keeps its first position. In spite of the economical setback, India has the chance to come out first.
India is no more a competitor in BPO; instead, India has become an active instrument to develop this service in other areas. BPO in India has not only obtained mammoth growth but has also become multi-faceted and progressing at the international level.
The tier 2 cities in America have shown progress in BPO activities, even as the value of Dollar shows a downward trend. America is in a compulsion to increase local job opportunities too. Hence, outsourcing jobs are developing in these countries.
The same condition prevails in Britain, Germany and France too.
