Presently, Wireless communication is going through stupendous growth.

Wireless communication that started with 1- G (first generation) has reached up to 4-G fourth generation). Everyday, several new equipments and new accessories are introduced.

In this field, the need for human resources and teachers has increased enormously. As a result, the Delhi based Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has introduced M.Tech studies in Digital Wireless Communication. 

To join this course should have completed B.E or B.Tech. The duration of this course is two years. The fee for this course is Rs 43, 000/ per a year. Those students who have completed the course are offered Rs 20, 000/- as an initial salary.

Signal Processing, Hardware design, Security Aspects, Telecommunication Networks are the different subjects that are taught in the course. The admission is based only on the marks. Preference is given to students those who have passed GATE exams.

Students who have completed the course can obtain jobs in Mobile phone industry, lecturer in colleges and in the field of Research and Develop
