AIIMS & Central University entrance exam date clash; students petrified - 19-May-2019
Chennai: As the AIIMS medical entrance examination as well as CUSET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) both fall on 25 & 26, May, students fear that they have to forego anyone of the entrance examination.
Towards the admission of medical studies in AIIMS a separate online entrance examination is conducted across the country. This is a 3 ½ hour examination to be held on 25&26, May.
Hall tickets for the same were released recently asking students to be present at the examination centre 1 ½ hour before the start of the examination. Strict instructions have been given on dress code and ornaments.
Similarly, CUSET towards admission to central universities are also being held on 25 & 26 of May.
Several students have applied for both the examinations to be held on the same day. This has left students petrified.
Students to write both the examination on the same day have asked the exam to be held on alternate days.
