Today, with increasing pressure on students on all spheres, it has become inevitable for schools to employ specialized Educational psychologist to facilitate students with required knowledge on various learning disabilities, behavioral patterns, emotional disturbances and means to overcome such defects.
Its a pity state of affairs that when such a specialized role has become a necessity in schools, many schools across the state still do not even have certain essential departments functioning properly though the education department insists on it.
Students these days are subjected to many stresses like parental pressure, schools expectation, undetected underlying learning disabilities, peer pressure, pampering of grand parents and many more.
With more number of first generation educators taking up education these days, many parents of such students are unable to understand the right balance of education, thus making way for a specialized psychiatry counselor to assist students in discovering the appropriate solution what seems like a problem to kids and parents.
Teachers today are unable to go beyond teaching to help students as they lack time and moreover the prevailing problems seem to be more intricate among children.
Subsequently, now araises the need for a specialized psychologist in each and every school that would enable to assist better and successful learning process in children.
